It is compatible with all ceiling fans and can support a fan weighing up to 70 lbs. It is designed to fit 16" to 24" ceiling joists, and can be installed in finished ceilings through a suitably-sized hole.
The Fixture Support for 16" Centers is 150 lbs, and for 24" Centers it is 90 lbs. The Mount Box includes 4 conduit knockouts, and also includes a protection cap for use during installation or painting.
